Hyena's were back to making a noise and Joju shook his head, he wondered if the foul things ever shut up for long but then came a call and another call that made him jump. These calls were not from the group below him on the path but rather to either side and sounded like they were below too. Joju frowned, when had the accursed beasts been able to plot ahead? They were far to smart for normal hyena's.

He spotted them coming from his height, the cats were surrounded with no where to go, it was like one group had already been ahead of them. He glanced down and realised that the group on the bit below him was smaller than it had been when they had first appeared. They had split up! Those behind were the same group.

He realised the stupid cats were oblivious to the trap they had walked into and he started screeching trying to get their attention or somehow warn them.

But things were too late, all three groups launched at the cats to give them no escape, snapping and snarling at the cats while also trying to get a hold on the limp body of Memkrias.

Things were certainly on the losing side, while Ayesha and Pizeera were fighting for their lives two hyenas had caught a hold of Memrias and were dragging her away, and things were looking hopeless when there was a almighty roar and a enormous beast came flying off the ridge!

With somewhat precise hit, the new comer landed on the two hyenas pulling Memkrias away, with a unnerving crunching, splattering noise of bones and flesh. The hyenas had died almost instantly with their backs broken, the new comer shock his crimsome mame like flames rippling around his head and roared again at the hyenas.

Ome minute she was standing there with Pizeera and the next they were surrounded by the hyenas. With her back to the male and Memkria still unconscious between them, Ayesha's claws unsheathed and her lips bared her teeth and a snarl left her mouth as she started to join in the fray. She couldn't worry about the others for now, she had to look after herself first and try and at least take out a hyena or two.

Her teeth grabbed hold of fur and ripped as hard as she could while her claws dug into flesh and pulled at an angle maximising the most damage and going for the organs, her breathing was hard and filled the air around her. Dodging back as claws of her opponant tried to strike, just missing the side of her face, she lunged for it again, ripping the underbelly apart in one strike, as blood squirted out and covered her paw and lower leg, and flesh hung open.

Pushing the hyena away, she gasped as teeth bit into her side, a growl roaring from her muzzle as she backhanded the creature blinding it for a moment watching it fall on the ground, before it rose and came at her again. Ayesha met it head on, her claws raking down his face, holding and twisting as she pulled back. Sweat poured off her body, shaking her head at him she charged his body knocking him off his paws and onto the ground, as her teeth sunk into the flesh around it's throat and just ripped, holding it watching as it grew weaker and then stopped altogether.

Panting hard, she wiped the fur from her face and turned when the roar of something other than hyena filled the air, her eyes widening as there in front of her and Pizeera was a powerful striped beast with flames all around his head.
Blinking quickly to see if he was indeed real, she opened her eyes to find him still standing there, but between his legs was the crumpled body of Memkria.

Pizeera turned quickly when he heard the snarling, his back to Ayesha's and then the fighting began. Blood, fur and dirt flew around as each of them hit and clawed the hyenas, trying to protect Memkria.

At last as he was taking a breath, licking his lips he heard the roar of another, one that he hadn't heard before. Shaking his head to clear his eyes, he was surprised at the huge cat that stood before them, wondering where he had come from, and were they going to be his next meal.

The hyenas were a large pack and the lost of a couple meant little to them, they encircled around the newcomer as well as the other two standing.

They were getting nastier being that the certain air of victory had gone and they were determined to kill Ayesha and Pizeera at least. The lot that encircled Na'gasha were being more cautious and quite apparent reluctant to get too close to those giant jaws.

Na'gasha on the other hand stood there silently watching them like he was weighing them up, he would have to watch were he stood with the little thing at his feet.

Blinking at the size of the feline that stood there, hopefully on their side, Ayesha sighed when more hyenas encircled them.

" Come on Pizeera, seems we have more vermin that need to leave this planet."

Ayesha lifted a paw and pointed at one who already had a chunk taken out of one of his ears and blood was dripping from his mouth dropping silently to the dusty ground.

" Him.... I want him, he looks....hmm.. well... looks like he neeeds some female attention."

Not bothering to wait for any reply, the liard just charged at the hyena pushing another into Pizeera as her teeth slammed down and into the side of the animal. Twisting her body and pulling back she felt the skin tear as soft flesh appeared. Bringing her eyes back to the hyena, she gave a smirk.

"My mamma told me not to play with my food, guess I should be saying sorry to you right about now, but hey.... not."

With that, Ayesha bought up her other paw ,the claws dug in ripping at his intestines, pulling back she pushed him away from her, and quickly turned upon hearing a roar fill the air around them once more.

" Come on Pizeera, seems we have more vermin that need to leave this planet."

Sighing, Pizeera shook his head getting ready, looking at which one was closest to him, but before he had a chance to move, with Ayesha rushing at another hyena, he found one flying into his body. This one seemed half stunned still at Pizeera just gripped his head and pulled it roughly to the side, grinning when he heard the snap of neck bones.

Just about to leap to the liards side, another roar filled the air, making him turn to the large ligra
"Are you going to do something, or just stand there in case Memkria starts to cry?"

[Genie]

Na'gasha heard a noise from one of the other cats, but it was't to clear but he did't have time to debate on what it was meant to of been. The hyenas looked like they were going try and chance him.

2 Snarled and leaped at him and he caught one mid air in his jaws and shock in violently breaking its neck as the other clawed at his side he reared up and came down on top of it silencing it's movement.

He was back on his feet as another leaped at him from behind and he swung around in time to rear up to collide with it before coming to the ground with it pinning it down as he tore out its throat.

Pizeera watched as the ligra ripped into a couple of the hyenas, then between him and Ayesha it looked like they had it under control.

Turning around he watched as the last two started running away from them, leaving them alone. Shaking himself he got up off the ground and walked over to Ayesha, quickly checking she wasn't hurt besides a few cuts and scratches.

"you ok Ayesha, can't really tell from all that gunk you're covered in ?"

Ayesha stood there panting loudly, trying to get her breath back as she watched what was left of the hyenas take off running. Finally straightening up, she wiped the fur of her tuft back off her face and then held up a paw signalling for Pizeera to wait.

Backing up she turned and quickly plunged into the water on the bank of the river, careful not to move out into the pull of the water and washed herself briskly, removing all traces of what had clung to her fur and skin, rinsed her mouth out and spat back into the water and then stepped up and turned to the lion.

"I'm fine now, just needed to get that disgusting taste from my mouth"

Turning away from Pizeera now she looked at the male standing over Memkria, and kept looking as her neck tilted up to cover his size, till at last her eyes met his.
Plastering a smile on her face, she took another step closer to him.

"And do I have to whip your ass too, to get to Memkria?"

[Genie]

Na'gasha watched the remaining hyenas turn tail and retreat hastily. The moment was disrupted as a noisy voice came directed at him.

He looked at her, small compared to him he wondered how she'd supposed she could possibly over power him never mind the fact he had saved the cub or whatever the even smaller one was.

"You could try that little one but it would not be my 'ass' that would be whipped as you so eloquently put it"

Ayesha smirked at his reply, she loved someone she could trade barbs with, made her days less uninteresting.

"well aren't you a cute one then... you going to stand over Memkria all day as her personal umbrella, or you going to let her out so we can check if she's hurt or not ?"

Moving closer Ayesha's nose started twitching as she sniffed the air around the newcomer, and then before she could stop herself licked at some fur on his leg, getting the 'taste'.

"well, well, you're a little different now aren't you!"

Pizeera stood there panting, watching as the liard walked over to the male who was still standing covering Memkria and then she started to mouth off at him.

'Stupid female, going get her head bitten off if she not careful'

Slowly he started to move in a bit closer, his eyes squinting at the lioness trying to see if she was just playing dead or if she was actually breathing. Looking quickly at Ayesha he now saw that she was licking the male.

" Ayesha, you wanna stop that crazy stuff with him or what !"

[Genie]

Na'gasha stood there wondering what was wrong with the female who seemed to be.... licking him, his brow farrowed deeply what sort of weirdos had he wondered into.

Na'gasha observed the other lions speech, well perhaps it was just the female that was a complete nutjob, he sighed, somehow he always seemed to run into them.

Isha had no idea of what was going on, but she made sure to hold on to the boy as tightly as she could. She didn't know how long she would be able to keep up with it, however, as already her hold was weakening as her remaining strength was slipping away. When her hold broke she was certain she would fall back into the river, but was surprised to feel grass under her body.

She blinked her eyes tiredly, and realized her nose almost touched the human boy's nose. Her breathing caught in her throat when his eyes flew open, and a small smile spread on her face when she realized that they had survived. Wagging her tail weakly she tilted her head sightly at the human, wondering if he had been hurt anywhere.

I've been struggling with this for a while (hence why I pulled Night Flame out too). I dunno really, it might be better for me to stop trying to RP here with Isha.
