"Prixus, what do you think ? you want to swap places, or go with the silly idea this one has come up with?"
Phrixus thought about it for a second. It wasn't the greatest idea, seeing as there was a bit of danger involved, but he didn't know what else they could do.
"I'm feeling energetic. I don't think we need to swap, I can do it."
With that, Phrixus began to make his way over to the warthog, thinking about ways to get it's attention.

Pizeera stood there watching the hog and Memkria.
"Phrixus, WAIT. The lioness is caught under it, look she can't move we have to somehow get the warthog to move, then she can get free."
Turning to Ayesha, Pizeera stopped her from moving towards the hog
"we have to think of something else, or maybe memkria will loose more than her lunch, now think of how we can get the warthogs attention."

Ayesha stood still quickly and looked at both the males.
"well, you know..the hog isn't looking at us, Memkria has probably scared the thing half to death, why don't we just all run up and push the thing off her, and then jump back."
The liard stood there grinning feeling quite pleased with her 'save the lioness' plan.

When Ayesha screamed, Isha shrieked and jumped, then dashed into the nearest bush and attempted to make herself as small and unnoticeable as possible.
Meanwhile, Night Flame cringed and flattened her ears, then slowly moved after the others to see what was going on.
The dark feline could only stare. The young lioness was making a scene, and meanwhile she seemed to be in danger, the others merely stood by and watched. Before she could say anything, Phrixus was already moving on with a "plan" they had come up with.
"Phrixus, WAIT. The lioness is caught under it --"
"-- the hog isn't looking at us -- why don't we just all run up and push the thing off her, and then jump back."
"It seems our plans always turn out to be somewhat risky, so I guess we might as well try seeing as we probably won't think of anything that doesn't have a certain amount of risk."
Night Flame shook her head.
"Mad", she muttered to herself. "You're all mad..."
However, as she had no better plan, she thought to see how this one would work out, and possibly help them out if it would look like they'd need her.

Ayesha looked at Phrixus and then Pizeera.
" ok..we all ready.. on the count of three I think we should all come at the warthog from behind him and just push him any old how off Memkria. Once it's moved, we grab her and just pull her back and away. Don't worry if she's moaning or complaining, we're doing this to save her, she can thank us later.... OK READY..SET..GO."

Waking up from his sleep, startled by some screaming , he rose to his feet and moved towards the curtain of water coming down in front of his home away from home. He knew no one could see him as he inched towards the corner, careful where he placed himself, so he wouldn't slip and give himself away. Looking out and around, he licked his lips when he saw a small fox sheltering in the bushes.. lunch never looked so good.

"-- OK READY..SET..GO."
Isha flinched when Ayesha's words reached her. She did NOT want to know what was going on. She just wished she'd never come across this insane group, and that they would leave her alone so that she could die in peace before the stupid liard would be the death of her.
However, her nose twitched when she suddenly smelt a new scent, and she slowly opened one eye to peek at what had caused it. Soon enough both of her eyes were open when she saw a shady figure behind the curtain of the waterfall. Had she been further away she would not have seen it, but the figure was close, and by the looks of it it was stalking her.
That was it, she couldn't take it anymore. She was on her feet in a blink of an eye, her fangs bared and ears flattened against her skull.
"OH NO NO NO! DON'T YOU DARE DO WHAT YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING! I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THE LIKES OF YOU, THINKING THAT JUST BECAUSE I'M SMALL I'M SUCH AN AWESOME PIECE OF SNACK. WELL HERE'S SOME NEWS FOR YOU, MISTER. EAT ME AND I'LL GNAW MY WAY OUT OF YOUR BELLY!!"
Even though she screamed at the top of her lungs, she failed to realize the fact that the thundering noise from the waterfall might make it quite difficult for anyone to hear her.

When Phrixus heard Ayesha yell go, he ran with the other two towards the warthog. Once they had knocked it over Phrixus grabbed Memkria and dragged her away. When he felt that they were at a safe enough distance he stopped and let go of her.
"You alright?" Phrixus asked.
As he waited for a reply he thought he could faintly hear someone yelling, but he couldn't tell for sure, so he just thought it was nothing.

Just as the last word jumped out of her mouth, they all rushed forward in unison and bowled the warthog over, much to it's surprise. Panting Ayesha watched as the animal grunted in shock and then squealing it raced off, seemed the smell of felines had scared it witless, as it didn't turn around wanting to use it's sharp tusks.
Forgetting all about the lioness, Ayesha stood there watching the hog run through the bushes knocking off berries and blooms in its wake.
" you alright"
Turning slightly to where she heard the question, Ayesha started to answer.
"Silly of course I'm alright, it was......"
Trailing off she blushed and gave a small laugh.
"oh you were talking to Memkria, well let me give her a little pat down and see if there's anything broken."
Walking closer to them now, Ayesha gave the lioness a little prod in different places on her back, legs and neck and not hearing any moans, stood back.
" well I think she's ok after that little adventure..... Mem you alright, or do we have to carry you back to where we left the others?"

Stopping in his tracks he didn't move, just stared at the fox through the waterfall.
Had he really heard her speak and he actually understood what she had said, or was he imagining things as he had been alone for too long.
Standing there he shook his head hard, hoping it would clear his mind of things that couldn't possibly be. Moving forward a little, he bent over and picked up a stone, bringing his arm back, threw it towards the fox as hard as he could, waiting to see what would happen this time.

Memkrias lay there breathing hard, her leg hurt from that bit of bacon laying on it and now it had run off, was she with a bunch of herbivores? Then she was being asked if she was ok and she nodded replying "I guess so... more or less.."
She felt tingly and weak in her legs as suddenly Ayesha started prodding her alll over and she blushed, what was she doing?

Pizeera joined in with the liard and Phrixus in rolling the warthog off the lioness, and then jumped back quickly in case anything swung around wanting to tear into him, but relaxed when all it did was run off into the bushes.
He stood there watching the lioness still on the ground, it looked like she was blushing as Ayesha was touching her seeing if anything was hurt.
His ears started to twitch a little as another sound reached him.
"What is it about all you females, that you have to yell to get our attention, now it sounds like the fox is carrying on about something."

Ayesha stepped back satisfied the lioness had no broken bones as she couldn't feel anything protruding and Memkria didn't flinch or moan as she pressed around her body.
Looking down upon her as she still laid there, while the males looked on Ayesha peered more closely at her.
"what are you all red in the face for Memkria ? you aren't embarrassed about what I just did are you, I had to find out if you were seriously hurt... aww come on, we're both girls, it's ok..besides if one of them had a big fat warthog sit on them, I'd have to do the same."
Stepping back Ayesha started to look around her , her gaze landing on the newest member of their little group.
" how I wish I could rub my paws through that luscious fur of hers, the feel would be amazing, I wonder......."
Her trail of thought stopped suddenly when she recalled Pizeera's words and she turned her head to look at him now.
"Yell...whose yelling ?"

Isha didn't see it coming, but the rock that hit her head certainly did not make anything better.
"OW!!" she screeched with an even louder voice. The rock had hid her forehead, and she thought her head would explode at any moment. To make things worse, she thought there was something warm trickling down her face, but right now she was too enraged to care.
"HOW DARE YOU!!!" she continued yelling, her fangs completely bared into a feral snarl.
"YOU'RE LUCKY THERE'S THE DAMNED WATERFALL BETWEEN US, OTHERWISE I'D COME THERE AND SINK MY TEETH INTO YOUR THROAT UNTIL THERE WOULD BE ABSOLUTELY NO BLOOD LEFT IN THAT VILE BODY OF YOURS!! AND I SWEAR, THROW ANOTHER ROCK AND I WILL MAKE YOU REGRET IT!!"
Night Flame was glad that she didn't need to get involved in helping the young lioness out of the trouble. She chuckled slightly when Ayesha checked if the lioness was allright. However, when the liard turned to look at her, her amusement vanished. Why was she giving her that look? She looked like she wanted to come over to her and do what she had just done to Memkrias.
Night Flame lifted an eyebrow, silently asking what exactly it was that the liard intented to do. However, she got no answer as Pizeera spoke.
"What is it about all you females, that you have to yell to get our attention, now it sounds like the fox is carrying on about something."
The dark lioness turned to look at Pizeera, then gazed around. She flicked her ears, and indeed, she could hear yelling over the thundering sound of the waterfall. She narrowed her eyes, trying to locate the direction where the yelling was coming from.
"Yell...whose yelling ?"
She gave Ayesha a pointed look.
"I believe it is your fox", she said.
"And it sounds like she is yelling at someone. It might be wise to go check on her."

His mouth dropped open slightly when the rock he threw actually hit the fox on the head making her temper double. he grimaced slightly as well when the next tirade of words flew out of it's mouth
' well, well it was a female that was screaming at him.. this was interesting, he wonder if she had a mate nearby, or she was alone after all.'
Moving slowly, careful where he placed his feet, he hadn't forgotten that there were traps around the entrance, traps that he had placed there to protect himself. Now at the edge of the water curtain, he moved himself up on a boulder that took pride of place and leaned back pressing himself against the wall, and peered through some strategically placed greenery.
Well she was a surprise... all alone... but snarling and showing her fangs, seems if he wanted her 'company' he would have to do more than throw a rock at her.

Ayesha's eyes moved from Night Flames fur back to her face, finally registering what was being said.
"I believe it is your fox ,and it sounds like she is yelling at someone. It might be wise to go check on her."
" haha my fox.. I really doubt that, she seems to think I have ulterior motives where she is concerned, she really needs to look at the bigger picture, you know think beyond the square... then.. I think we would get along quite well."
Turning to Pizeera and Phrixus, Ayesha grinned.
"well gentlemen, are you ready for your next rescue ? Aren't you lucky I can take good care of myself and no need for all this nonsense.."
Stepping back, making room for them to pass.
"Shall we ?"

Pizeera stood there sighing.
"Why is there all this drama, we're just meant to be walking along enjoying ourselves and now, there's all this hassle?"
Looking over at Memkria, he saw she hadn't moved and had her head pointed at the ground. Walking over to her Pizeera lowered his voice and spoke to her.
"If you aren't hurt, you need to get up in case the warthog comes back, I think we need to go back as the fennec is screaming at something, and you shouldn't stay here by yourself."

Phrixus started moving back towards the area he had heard the yelling coming from. It didn't take long before he got to the waterfall and could see Isha staring into it.
"Everything alright Isha?"

When the group started to head towards where Isha's voice had come from, Night Flame simply tagged along in silence. She didn't have that much to say anyway, and she wanted to see what the fennec's problem was anyway. When they reached the fennec, the dark furred lioness halted and narrowed her eyes. There was a strange, slightly metallic scent, but the flowers that grew there mingled up with it so much that she couldn't tell what it was.
"Everything alright Isha?"
The fennec jumped when she heard Phrixus' voice from behind her. As she turned, Night Flame saw what the metallic scent had been. There was a trail of blood trickling down her face from somewhere under her tuft of hair, but so far the fox seemed to be oblivious of the wound.
"All right?" Isha asked with an annoyed voice.
"Do I look all right? Someone threw me with a rock!"

Ayesha stood there waiting for Memkria to hurry up and get off the ground, she wanted to see what all the fuss was about back where they had come from, giving up she trailed after Phrixus seeing the other lion was still there talking to the lioness.
As she moved, she watched the new feline, how when she walked along with Phrixus, her fur waved all around moving in different directions, almost standing up on end, oh how she wished she could....... wait, what was Isha screaming out.
"Do I look all right? Someone threw me with a rock!"
Ayesha, stopped and looked around, couldn't see anyone and trhen craned her neck staring up into the trees, where NightFlame had come from.
"You haven't got any relatives hiding up there by any chance have you ?"

Memkrias looked up at Pizeera as he spoke to her and flushed a little in her checks, he seemed on and off to her, she did't suppose she would ever understand a male. But whatever, he was being nice to right now and that was fine, she smiled gently at him and got onto her feet.
"Ok, I'm up but I bet a butterfly landed on the fox's tail or something equally scarey.. and that why she making a noise" she replied to Pizeera. Then she gave a little giggle showing she was joking as she started walking.

Pizeera stared at the lioness as she slowly got to her paws, it didn't look like she was hurt anywhere and he waited till she started to move ahead of him.

"I wonder why she wants to travel with us, when all she does is yell and carry on, anyone think she's something special or something."
Pizeera walked slowly after the lioness, until ahead he could see the liard staring up at the sky. Without meaning to he started to move his head till he was staring as well.'
"What are we looking at memkria?"
