Ayesha had been standing there watching the lioness Memkria, it seemed her skin was turning all different colours, and she was so tempted to reach out a paw and touch her to see what it felt like. Slightly one of her front paws started to leave the ground and move when she was startled by the tone of Phrixus voice, her paw dropping instantly on the ground.
"I told you before that I wouldn't let her get to you when you're on my back,"
Looking at the lion just as he turned and met her glance, it seemed he hadn't quite finished.
"you'll just have to pester me and the others instead".
Looking at the others behind her and then back again at Phrixus who was now beside the fox and Bahari, Ayesha took a breath.
" PESTER... PESTER.. I don't pester anyone thankyou."
Lifting her head high she marched past them all
"And I'm going this way to see what I can PESTER, if thats allright with you"

Pizeera stood there watching Memkria blush, he wanted to say something smart to pull her into line, but thought if he opened his mouth she just might run away, and then It'd be upto him to have to go find her, all he wanted was a walk with no hassles.
Giving her a nudge on her hip, he nodded his head in the direction where Ayesha had started walking, encouraging her to follow.
"come on, the sooner we get walking the sooner we will get to somewhere else and then if you want to play I'm sure someone from this group will be willing and able."

Isha managed to smile faintly in amusement when Ayesha's words reached her ears. She lifted her gaze from the ground and watched as the liard stomped past them all, then she turned her gaze up at Phrixus.
"Thanks", she said quietly with the faint smile still on her face.
"I'd really like if you could carry me a while longer, if that's not too much trouble..."

Memkrias nodded to the lion, it was confusing for her and she did't really understand, she was at that age and she did't know her own feelings. Sure she was playing with him but it was't like she'd told him to mate with her... why the cold shoulder, her head span in confusion but she tried to walk casual.

Phrixus picked up the fox and placed her on his back, and then walked up to Ayesha.
"So, do you know where we're going?"

Ayesha marched on ahead, she wasn't at all concerned if any of the others followed her or not
while she kept talking to herself.
"Pester, I do not pester, who does he think he is, telling them all that I pester, I hate that word."
She could hear someone coming up behind her but refused to turn and see who it was, keeping her head held high she banged her paws on the ground defiantly as she moved.
"So, do you know where we're going?"
Ayesha turned her head and stared at Phrixus and then looked to the fox once again on his back and then turned away.
"I don't know about you, but I'm going this way."
Just as she spoke the liards ears started to twitch, she could hear something loud and echoing in the distance, something that needed a closer look, something that had aroused her curiosity.

Isha smiled thankfully at Phrixus when he picked her up, and then buried her head on his mane like she had done earlier. It was just so comfortable and soft, and she let out a faint, content sigh and closed her eyes. Thus she missed the moment when Ayesha looked at her.
She was really comfortable, until she quickly lifted her head up with her eyes open. Her large ears were pointed forward and she tilted her head slightly to the side. She had heard something.
"What was that?" she asked aloud, then noticed the expression on Ayesha's face. She looked like she had heard it too.

"I don't know about you, but I'm going this way."
Phrixus lowered his head slightly and flattened his ears, he didn't realize he had made her mad. He only said pester as a joke, but it seemed like she didn't take it as one.
"What was that?"
As Phrixus was thinking, he had missed a sound that Isha and Ayesha had heard.
"What was what?"

Moving faster forward, Ayesha pushed through the foliage, her paws getting damper and her white fur tuft now had a fine spray of water resting on her.
Standing still, her eyes wide and mouth open, she took in the amazing sight in front of her, there was the tallest waterfall she had even seen, acutally it was the only waterfall she had ever come across but it was truly majestic. Shuffling forward a little more, she held her face up to the spray, that was now covering her black fur, and her tuft was plastered down clinging to her neck and face.
Her nose started sniffing, Ayesha was in heaven, there were so many aromas and new scents she had to investigateand she needed to see where they all came from. Turning to her left she placed her paws upon some wet moss when her feet slid out from under her sending the liard face and tummy down into a large plant, that was now waving madly around with just her rump showing.

Pizeera watched as the lioness walked ahead of him, she was behaving strangely, he just couldn't work out why, maybe if he just hung back behind everyone, the others, Olm and Bakari would make conversation with her and then he wouldn't have to.
Stopping himself he waited till the two had caught up with him and Pizeera let them pass.
"I think that lioness Memkria, wanted to have a word with you two, I'll just stay back here, watch our tails, in case there anything following us."
Feeling quite pleased with himself, Pizeera kept sitting there, giving himself a good scratch.

Phrixus watched as Ayesha ran off. He followed, but not at the same pace as her. He needed to make sure Isha didn't fall off.
He pushed through some bushes and looked around, laying his eyes on a huge waterfall. He heard a noise to his left an quickly turned his head. He saw Ayesha's rump sticking out, and some moss on the ground that she must have slipped on.
He grabbed her legs and pulled her out, almost slipping as well.
"You alright?" He asked smiling, and trying to hold in a laugh.

Isha kept her head lifted and ears perked up while Phrixus followed Ayesha. They came to the wonderful sight of a tall waterfall, and Isha's nose twitched at the new scents. She frowned. There were just too many scents for her delicate canine nose to stand, and this made her feel uncomfortable. The scents and the sound of the roaring waterfall were invading her senses, making her feel quite vulnerable. If something approached her... them , she would not able to detect it.
That is why she shrieked out of surprise when a black shadow pounced above them from one tree to another.
When the shriek of the fennec reached her ears, she rolled her dark teal eyes and retreated deeper into the shadows that the tree top was giving her. She stared down at the rag-tag group that had arrived to her waterfall, attempting to determine what their intentions were. It seemed that the clumsy liard had simply led them here, possibly allured by the thundering sound of the water, or by the delicate scents of all the different flowers and other plants that grew there.
Either way, she rolled her eyes again and wished they'd disappear soon.

One minute her nose was twitching the new aromas, the next she was skidding along the wet ground her face being used as a shield as some large leaves slapped at her.
Blinking fast, she let out her breath that she didn't realise she was holding onto and opened her eyes, there staring back at her was the largest beetle she had ever seen. She couldn't help herself she had to see what it felt like, slowly her tongue came out inching forward when something grabbed her legs pulling her backwards, her tummy once more sliding along the ground, till she was back out in the open.
"You alright?"
Pushing herself up on all four paws she shook her self vigorously and turned finally seeing her 'rescuer' was Phrixus who was smiling, it seemed at her predicament. Stepping up to him, careful not to look at the ungrateful fox, she licked at all the water droplets that were clinging to one side of his face.
"Hmm thats better, I was feeling a little bit parched."
About to move away she was cut off when the fennec started shrieking out loud, bruising her ears. Ayesha didn't hesitate, she lunged forward grabbing Isha, and then hid her behind her back.
" WHAT ... WHAT.. What did she see ?"

Phrixus was surprised when Ayesha got up and licked his face, but then he let out another smile.
"She must not be mad anymore." He thought.
Suddenly he heard a loud shriek from on his back, almost making him deaf. Ayesha quickly jumped and grabbed Isha.
"WHAT ... WHAT.. What did she see?"
"Relax," he said taking Isha back from Ayesha. "It was probably just the wind blowing the plants around or something."
He then placed Isha onto his back once again, and then put a paw on Ayesha's shoulder
"Lets keep going, I want to check this place out some more."

Isha was violently yanked off of Phrixus' back, but before she had time to protest, Phrixus had taken her back from Ayesha. The small fox was stunned, but still too much in a shock for seeing the shadow above them to tell Ayesha just what she thought of her yanking her off of her comfortable position.
"Relax. It was probably just the wind blowing the plants around or something."
Isha blinked, then glared at the male lion.
"Wind?" she asked with a dangerously quiet voice, which soon enough rose into a high pitched shriek when she continued.
"Wind?! That thing was NOT wind! I swear, something's up there!"
She glanced up at the trees, flattening her ears nervously before pointing them upwards again, attempting to catch a sound of what ever was hiding above them.
Well wasn't that just great... She rolled her eyes once again, both at the fox as well as the male lion. The fox was beginning to annoy her, nearly screaming out her words of protest when the male lion suggested the fox had merely seen wind move something. And the male lion didn't seem too bright either, for her had failed to notice there was absolutely no wind at all.
She frowned, wishing there had been some wind, because right now, it didn't seem like the rag-tag group would leave any time soon if the two cats would listen to the fox's words. She sighed very quietly and once again made sure she was well hidden in the shadows before turning her gaze back at the two cats and the small fox.

Memkrias was't really paying attention to the guys up front.. she'd been pondering her situation. She was trying to act old and such, but she caught Pizeeras words slightly in the wind and looked surprised, she had't said anything.. then her ears dropped and she looked at the ground, he really did hate her. What was so wrong about her, was she too fat? were her feet too big? was her face ugly? and a small sigh left her mouth.

Ayesha was about to snarl when she felt the fox being pulled from her paws and as she turned she relaxed as she saw Phrixus put Isha on his back again. About to snort, she didn't bother and just stepped away from them, it didn't matter to her anymore if they thought she wasn't good enough to touch the fennec.
"Lets keep going, I want to check this place out some more."
"Hey, not so fast, we just got to this spot, there's lots to see and smell, and besides the others haven't caught up to us yet, I wanna explore a little."
Ayesha gave a little laugh.."if you're tired, you may as well lie down, rest them old bones"
About to move away, she heard Isha start to have another hissy fit, about wind and something up in the trees.
' I'm not turning around and going to her aid, she doesn't appreciate my talents.. so tough'
One paw in front of the other so she wouldn't slip again the liard moved around, stopping and licking or sniffing things in front of her, her fur getting more saturated as she got closer to the waterfall.
Looking down Ayesha found a row of small dirt mounds, puzzled as to what they were, she dropped to her stomach and nudged one with her paw, watching as it fell apart and something move down in the middle of it. Curiosity got the better of her, leaning a bit more till her face was staring down into the small hole, she found the source, it was something that was long and skinny with a shiny body and was wriggling everywhere.
Out shot her tongue ready to lick, but with one touch it seemed to stick to her and started to almost burn, pulling back quickly, Ayesha shot to her feet and threw back her head spitting at the same time, watching as whatever it was went sailing up in the air.
While she was in that position her eyes caught a clump of flowers up in one of the trees mesmerising her.
"I can do that, easy I'm good at climbing trees"

Pizeera had finished giving himself a good scratch, stood to his feet and then shook his body, looked over his shoulder, finding no one, started to move forward.
" Do I really want to travel with this group, or would I rather be alone, why can't I have half and half, maybe if I just stay quiet they'll ignore me, and that way I can just watch everyone and get a good opinion of them all. What a good idea pizerra, geez you're clever ".
Still with a smile on his face, thanking himself for a great idea, Pizeera pushed through the bushes where he had seen Bakari and her friend last, and stopped still, it was like a mini oasis out in the middle of nowhere, until loud screaming hit his ears. Moving forward he saw it was the fox, again.
"Wind?! That thing was NOT wind! I swear, something's up there!"
Moving up behind her, he then raised his voice.
"Will you STOP with all the female noise, we can hear you, alright."
Pizeera moved his head looking upwards where the fox was staring and stared as well
"You realise the leaves and thick branches means you can stare are long as you like and wont see anything, either someone goes up or we wait and see if anything comes down."
From the corner of his eyes he saw something black and white rush at the tree they were all staring at, but from the other side.
"well this should be good for a laugh."

Phrixus took Isha off his back and put her on the ground, and then lay down. He watched Ayesha as she moved around sniffing this and licking that. She seemed to want to look at and check out every square inch of the area.
"I can do that, easy I'm good at climbing trees"
Earlier before they left to go on this little walk, Ayesha had tried climbing on some rocks. When she got to the top she slipped and fell off, so Phrixus assumed that climbing up a tree might have the same outcome.
"Are you sure that's a good idea?" He asked as he got up and walked over to her.

Isha jumped and shrieked, then turned around with fury flashing in her eyes. When she spoke her voice rose even higher until she was screaming the words out loud at the top of her lungs.
"HOW ABOUT YOU STOP ANNOYING EVERYONE FIRST, THEN I MIGHT CONSIDER YOUR SUGGESTION!!!"
She paused to take a breath when suddenly she felt herself be lifted off of Phrixus back, confused and surprised, she yelped again, though quickly relaxed when she realized it was just Phrixus placing her down on the ground. Isha paid him no heed as she turned to glare furiously at Pizeera. It seemed as if she was ready to pounce and sink her teeth on the lion if he said anything rude to her again.
When the fox began to scream at one of the male lions, she realized what the liard was up to. Oh no no no no.. The spotted cat just had not decided to come up to her tree!
She closed her eyes, willing the liard and her annoying group to disappear... But when she opened her eyes again they still were there. She let out a frustrated sigh and turned her the glare of her dark teal eyes on the liard. Her long hair tuft was shadowing her eyes, and her dark fur furthered the impression of two eyes glaring from the shadows.
And so, when the liard reached the branch below her, apparently staring intently at some flowers growing there, she decided she had had enough.
"It would be wise", she said on a low, cold voice, "that you would not jump into the unknown with your head first, lest you find yourself without one."
