Name: Sera
Real Name: Taka
Real Name Meaning: wish, want (Swahili)
Species: Cheelion (half lion, half cheetah)
Age: Adolescent
Gender: Female
Description:
i84.photobucket.com/albums/k9/KirsuiM/SeraModel01.jpg
Sera has dark brown fur with light golden spots scattered around her shoulders and back. The spots are larger on her shoulders and lower back and smaller when they go down her feet, up her back and sides of her neck and down her tail. The spotted area stops around the half way of her tail. On her face she has two thin stripes under each eye, a triangular spot above her both eyebrows and a diamond shaped spot on her forehead, all of these markings being the same golden colour as the rest of her spots.
The area above her light purple eyes is light greyish brown and the small area below the eyes is deeper brown than her main fur colour. The inside of her ears is this same deep brown colour, as well as the so-called nose-fade area above her nose. Her ears are black and have a white spot behind them. She has the typical tear markings of a cheetah going down from the inner corner of her eyes to her chin. The area around her muzzle is pure white and continues down her chest but does not continue as a belly colour. On each leg she has a white sock, rising up to half way of each feet before fading into the main fur colour.
On the back of her head and neck she has slightly longer fur that somewhat gives away her cheetah blood. This mane is deep raven black and tends to flow down on her face as a few locks of fringe. Her body built is between the one of a cheetah and a lion. She is more agile than a lion but also more heavily build than a cheetah. Her tail is thicker than the one of a lion’s but it still has a clearly recognizable tail tuft, which is also raven black.
Personality:
Sera is a silent observer. She is serious most of the time, and doesn’t seem to know what the word “fun” means. She doesn’t play, nor does she tell jokes. She understands humour, but it’s not uncommon that she answers with a bitter remark. She doesn’t really fear anything, or if she does she simply covers her fear behind a mask of calmness of fury.
History:
Sera’s mother lived at the lands belonging to a pride of lions. She never heard from her mother who her father was, but she did notice her remarkable similarity with the pride leader. Her mother didn’t seem to want to talk about it, and so Sera didn’t ask.
When Sera reached her adolescent years, the lion pride had a change of leadership. The new king suspected she was the daughter of the previous king, and she was forced to leave the area, or die. She said goodbyes to her mother, and left. She was bitter that she had to leave like this, more so since she had wanted nothing to do with the lion pride. Her bitterness towards lions only grew when she realized there really was no place for a half-blood like herself.
