On a related note, I finished my LED lamp concept. I have a presentation about it in an hour or so. The name, Gänga, is Swedish for "spiral".

Looks good. have to tell us what grade you got for it =)

Would look good with some patterned holes in it, let the light reflect thru.. oh and my mouse, he would look better with some colour too XD

I like the 2006 one too, which is why I chose that particular drawing for re-draw instead of the others I have laying around. The shadows are so off in it that it began to annoy me back in 2007 or so when I realized my mistake. Wanted to give it another go, with a few new twists and improvements to the original concept. :3

As for the cats... It's difficult to come up with ideas for my mum. I have no idea what her favourite colour is, as it seems to change every time I ask her about it, nor do I know what animals she likes. Cats, however, are always adorable, and she did indeed love the card. :3

Not sure what you mean with the style lol. I just kept messing around with gaussian blur filter in Photoshop, using a few different textured brushes, and then this came out. xD Funny thing is, I didn't even like the background while I was making it, but in the end it does look kind of cool with all the dust floating around. :3

LMAO! For the record, Panthera was created sometime around 2005 or so. Back then you didn't even call ponies symbols "cutie marks". xD

^ It is indeed. Traditional art would be anything done non-digitally with traditional media such as pencils, charcoal, paints, etc. Digital art is all art that is done on a computer. :3

Both of them, actually. Iroetem, the bird, I also used here, but the RP died before it got anywhere. Trying to develop them further in the process, as at least one of them has quite an important role in the stories I write from time to time. So far it's been useful, I think I'm slowly grasping Panthera's (the lioness) personality better.
